- The Navy League of Canada Cadet programme provides opportunities and education to Canadian youth ages 9-18 years by fostering the development of leadership skills, good citizenship and physical fitness etc. that strengthens self-confidence and self-esteem. The Navy League of Canada, Ontario Division is a non-profit organization. The Navy League of Canada, Ontario Division provides its youth members with first aid training skills, environmental awareness education in addition to other opportunities to participate on competitive teams for first aid and semaphore language skills to name a few. Volunteer opportunities are also available.
